About the Role
This opportunity is with a leading ISP providing high-speed broadband services in select markets across India. With a focus on delivering cutting-edge connectivity solutions, the company is expanding its presence in community/large residential complexes within Hyderabad and is now looking to hire a dynamic individual to drive scale and efficiencies. You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the sales and operations strategies, ensuring growth and profitability within the targeted market segment.
1. Monitor Strategic Leadership:
• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the Community Business division in alignment with the overall company objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability through effective planning and execution.
2. Sales Management:
• Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets within the community segment.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including property management companies and resident associations.
3. Operations Management:
• Oversee end-to-end operations of the community business, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance productivity and minimize costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve service quality.
4. Financial Management:
• Own the P/L responsibility for the Community Business division.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Implement cost control measures while maximizing revenue streams.
5. Team Leadership:
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performance team.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the team.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure individual and collective success.
6. Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Use insights to make data-driven decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.
Requirements
Educational & Experience requirements:
Masters in Business Administration.
Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a managerial role, preferably in the telecom or broadband industry.
Strong understanding of sales, operations, and financial management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance.
