About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment and talent acquisition efforts to attract and hire top-tier talent to support the company's growth and innovation. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization by identifying and engaging with the best talent in the industry.

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
• Identify, attract, and engage candidates through various channels, including market research and salary bench marking, job boards, social media, employee referrals, and partnerships with educational institutions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.

2. Collaboration:
• Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.

3. Candidate Experience:
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Oversee the design and improvement of the candidate journey, from initial contact to onboarding.

4. Employer Branding:
• Develop and implement employer branding strategies to promote ACT as an employer of choice.
• Participate in industry events and maintain relationships with relevant networks to enhance the company's reputation in the market.

5. Data Analysis:
• Utilize data and analytics to track and report on recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes based on performance data.

Requirements

Educational & Experience requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in a telecommunications/internet service provider company.

  • Demonstrated success in achieving hiring targets.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment laws and regulations in India.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
